These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you use Jara's landing page, join the early-access waitlist, or interact with our launch communications.

Jara provides a landing page and early-access waitlist for businesses interested in customer management, sales follow-up, and related product updates.
You agree to use the site lawfully, provide accurate information when submitting the waitlist form, and avoid activity that disrupts, abuses, or attempts to compromise Jara or its service providers.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Jara, a launch date, pricing, availability, or any specific product feature. We may select businesses for early access based on fit, capacity, location, product readiness, or other operational factors.
We may contact you by email or WhatsApp about early access, onboarding, product testing, launch updates, and related Jara communications if you submit the waitlist form and provide consent.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have permission to provide business contact details, including WhatsApp numbers and email addresses.
You must not impersonate another person or business, submit misleading information, or use the waitlist to collect, test, or misuse Jara systems.
Jara is still developing. We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the landing page, waitlist, early-access process, or future product at any time.
Content on the landing page describes our current product direction and should not be treated as a promise that every feature will be available to every user or market.
Jara, including its name, logo, website content, product designs, copy, and related materials, is owned by Jara or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Jara materials without our written permission, except where allowed by law.
Jara may rely on third-party services for hosting, storage, email, analytics, messaging, security, and other operations. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control, even if they are linked from or integrated with Jara.
The landing page and waitlist are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jara disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, or free from defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the landing page or waitlist.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information submitted through the landing page and early-access waitlist.
We may update these Terms as Jara develops. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of the landing page after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
