This Privacy Policy explains how Jara collects, uses, shares, and protects information submitted through our landing page and early-access waitlist.

When you join the early-access list, we collect the details you submit, including your name, email address, business name, WhatsApp number, business category, location, primary sales channel, biggest sales challenge, and consent preference.
We may also collect basic attribution information, such as the source or campaign that brought you to Jara, so we can understand which outreach is working.
We use your information to manage the early-access list, contact selected businesses, send product and launch updates, understand demand for Jara, improve the product, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable records of consent.
If you become a Jara customer later, we may provide additional product-specific privacy notices for the dashboard and connected services.
By joining the waitlist, you agree that Jara may contact you by email or WhatsApp about early access, product testing, onboarding, and launch updates.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to our message or emailing admin@jarahq.com.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host the website, store waitlist submissions, send email, analyze site activity, prevent abuse, or operate Jara.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect Jara, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to personal information to people and systems that need it.
Waitlist data is stored so we can manage early access, avoid duplicate submissions, support consent records, and follow up with interested businesses.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by contacting admin@jarahq.com. We may need to keep limited records where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
You can also choose not to submit the waitlist form. If you do not provide required details, we may not be able to contact you about early access.
Jara is built for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the landing page.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Jara develops. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
